High-temperature greases

1. Tomflon HTM-160 (-40°C to +160°C): Long-term PTFE grease for metal/metal combinations at high temperatures. Excellent protection against wear and corrosion. Very suitable for heavy loads, shocks and vibrations by activated particles of polytetrafluoroethylene.

2. Tomflon CK-170 (-60°C to +170°C): Multi-Purpose Synthetic PTFE grease is the new specialty lubricant that combines the benefits of wide operating temperatures and broad compatibility with varied materials. It can be used in food-processing applications where PTFE grease may be desirable. Provide higher load carrying capacity, greater wear resistance and longer service life compared with conventional petroleum-based lubricants.

3. Tomflon CM-180 (-30°C to +180°C): High-temperature, multipurpose heavy duties PTFE grease. For the lubrication of almost any mechanical part in industrial machinery with slow to fast movements and moderately high loads over high-temperature.

4. Tomflon CC-200P (-50°C to +200°C): It is a fully synthetic (PAO) extreme pressure, anti-wear, high temperature grease that is specially formulated for use in the lubrication of food, feed and pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment, especially those pieces of equipment that are subjected to high loads and high moisture conditions. Tomflon CC-200P may be used in the lubrication of ball, roller and sliding bearing applications and chain applications, where there is a chance of incidental contact with food, foodstuffs, drinking water, potable water, or ground water may occur.

5. Tomflon HTW-200 (-10°C to +200°C): It is the special PTFE grease for the lubrication of ball, plain and rolling bearings at very heavy conditions. It provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion at high temperatures and humid, aggressive atmosphere.

6. Tomflon PMS-200 (-50°C to +200°C): White food grade silicone grease that combines the benefits of wide operating temperature range, excellent chemical resistance and good water washout resistance. It is suitable for applications in food, woodworking, chemical, textile and paper industry.

7. Tomflon CK-250 (-60°C to +250°C): A high temperature, non-melting, white food grade grease formulated from high-quality silicone base stocks and PTFE filler to provide a tough durable film ensuring lasting protection against wear, rust, corrosion and oxidation. Tomflon CK-250 may be used in a wide variety of applications which include bearing sand slide in ovens kiln cars, heat treating, electric motors, conveyors, etc.

8. Tomflon PF-280 (-20°C to +280°C): Synthetic white food grade PTFE grease for the lubrication of ball, roll and glide bearings at high temperatures. It is used in many industries such as the food industry, ceramic industry, chemical industry, asphalt centers, plastic processing industry.

9. Tomflon PFPE-270 (-40°C to +270°C): Fully fluorinated oxygen compatible grease for the lubrication of ball, roll and glide bearings at high temperatures. Tomflon PFPE-270 is superior resistance to chemicals, solvents and pure oxygen. It is used in electric motors, driers, calendars, conveyors, laminate presses, kiln carts, tyre moulds, baking machinery, fans, vacuum pumps, liquid oxygen pumps, oxygen machines and valves. Tomflon PFPE-270 is also suitable for the lubrication of contacts in high-voltage switches.
